A2: T/T (Wire Transfer), LC, PAYPAL, Western Union etc., depending on country differences.

A3: 12 months warranty for our machines. During warranty period, we send free replacement parts (circuit boards) while broken parts should be returned.

A6: Our machine has a one-year guarantee service (excluding nozzle, other ink systems, and human damage). Non-seller reasons don't support returns. Due to our consumable industry nature, we don't support unconditional refunds.
Q7: Does your company's sublimation ink have clogging phenomenon?
A7: Our sublimation ink/DTF ink is suitable for EPSON and Ricoh print head printers. Particles are less than 0.2UM, so there is no clogging phenomenon. Our printer ink has sold extensively with many positive customer reviews.
