A2: Payment methods include T/T (Wire Transfer), LC, PAYPAL, Western Union etc., depending on country differences.

Q3: How about Warranty?

A3: 12 months warranty for our machines. During warranty period, we send free parts for replacement (circuit boards) while broken parts should be sent back.

Q4: If I have technical problems, how can you help solve them?

A4: Detailed description, photos or video will help our technician analyze the problem and provide solutions accordingly.

Q5: Can we send our technician to your factory for training?

A5: Yes, you are warmly welcome to visit us for free training.

Q6: What are the advantages of your product?

A6: Our machine has a one-year guarantee service (does not include nozzle, other ink system and human damage). Non-seller's reason does not support return. As we are in the consumables industry, we do not support unconditional refunds.

Q7: Does your company's sublimation ink have clogging phenomenon?

A7: Our sublimation ink/DTF ink is suitable for EPSON print head and Ricoh print head printers. The particles are less than 0.2μm, so there is no clogging phenomenon. Our printer ink has sold extensively and received many positive customer comments.
