Precautions
- Before mass production, you must test the heat transfer sample first, and then proceed to mass production after passing the test.
- The "randomness" of the hot stamping: mistakes caused by lack of personnel experience in hot stamping. Temperature, pressure, and pattern placement all affect the heat press effect.
- "One-time" heat transfer: Heat transfer cannot be reused once applied to clothing at high temperature.
- The "temperature-dependent" nature: Heat transfer may feel soft in high temperatures but returns to normal when temperature normalizes.
- Pattern requirements: Resolution must be above 300×300 DPI for realistic heat transfer effects.
- Workmanship must be meticulous - slight differences can scrap a heat transfer.
- "Limitations": Only suitable for hot stamping on most cloth clothes and flat cloth products.
