A2: Payment method is T/T (Wire Transfer) or LC, PAYPAL, Western Union etc. depending on country differences.

Q6: What are the advantages of your product?
A6: Our machine has one-year guarantee service (excluding nozzle, other ink system and human damage). Non-seller's reason does not support return. Due to consumable industry specifics, we do not support unconditional refund.
Q7: Does your sublimation ink have plugging phenomenon?
A7: Our sublimation ink/DTF ink is suitable for EPSON and Ricoh print head printers. Particles are less than 0.2UM, so no plugging phenomenon. Our printer ink has sold extensively with many customer good comments.
