FCOLOR Water Resistance Textile Printing Silicone Ink for Garment Embossed

Direct to Garment (DTG) white ink of reference quality with the following properties:

• Manufactured using high quality materials, allowing high ink flow.
• Usage of particle nanotechnology, implementing a low viscosity formula.
• Superior quality white that feels more soft and comfortable.
• Top durability in textile washing since ink composition allows the formulation of direct chemical bond with the textile fibers (or with the pre-treatment material).
• Ink composition helps the printhead to be much less prone to clogging.
• Exhaustively tested before made available to the market.



USAGE:
• Is used by special purpose (DTG) printers for printing directly on appropriate textiles.
• Depending on the textile as well as on the usage it is intended for, printing may be performed with or without textile pre-treatment.
• If used according to directions, they form the ideal basis for printing vivid, bright colors with extraordinary durability in textile washing, using Perfect Print's CMYK DTG inks. Alternatively, in cases that the absolute optimum result is desirable, they may be used together with our newly released Reference Series CMYK DTG inks, redefining the standards in digital DTG printing.
• Raw material passed European Union regulation REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization of Chemicals).
• Passed Swiss SGS pigment print fastness test and SGS ion detection for harmful heavy metals.
• Does not contain harmful substances like aromatic amines, azo dyes, nonyl phenol surfactant.
